Training built around your real project.

Adrian Valea is intacs Certified Provisional Assessor (VDA), Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) and Automotive Cybersecurity (TÜV NORD). He’s authored ISO 26262 and ASPICE curricula since the early ADVA era. We don’t repeat the same deck — we’ll spend a day teaching against your real artefacts.

Training

Three formats, all customisable. Half the material is your project; half is canonical content.

  • ISO 26262 Foundation — 2 days. Parts 3-6 walkthrough with hands-on HARA + FSC drafting against your item.
  • ISO 26262 Advanced — 3 days. FMEDA, DFA, FTA, safety case construction in GSN. Tool qualification.
  • Automotive SPICE 4.0 — 2 days. SYS + SWE process groups, base practices, evidence catalogue mapping, gap-self-assessment of your current project.
  • ISO/SAE 21434 — 1-2 days. TARA workshop on your item, cybersecurity case skeleton, R155 CSMS-readiness walkthrough.
  • AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) Foundation — 2 days. RTE / BSW, methodology, integration.
  • MISRA C / C++ in Practice — 1 day. Common violations, deviation justification patterns, static-analysis toolchain integration.

Audit-prep walkthroughs

Most STS engagements start here. A 4-12 week sprint before your scheduled TÜV / SGS / OEM-customer assessment.

  • Scope discovery (week 1) — confirm the assessment scope, applicable clauses, current artefact inventory.
  • Gap analysis (weeks 1-3) — clause-by-clause matrix; severity-ranked findings.
  • Remediation (weeks 2-10) — we draft / co-draft the missing artefacts in your tools (DOORS / Polarion / Jama).
  • Assessor briefing (final week) — dry-run interview prep with your team. We rehearse the assessment.
  • Result — go into the assessment knowing exactly what they’ll ask, exactly what to show, exactly how to answer.

Certification preparation

For your engineers, not for us — we don’t certify products. We prepare your team to pass the standards-body exams that the industry actually recognises.

  • TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineer — 4 days theory + 1 day exam prep. Adrian holds this certification himself.
  • intacs Provisional Assessor (VDA) — 5 days, follows the intacs syllabus. Pass-rate measured cohort-over-cohort.
  • TÜV NORD Automotive Cybersecurity — 3 days, aligned to ISO/SAE 21434 + UNECE R155.

Delivery formats

On-site at your office — preferred for cohort training, walkthrough sprints with intensive 1-on-1 review. Remote (Teams / Webex) — for distributed teams or follow-up cohorts. We use the same materials. Hybrid — kickoff on-site, follow-up reviews remote.

Training cohort, audit prep, or both?

Tell us how many engineers, which standard, and when. We’ll send a cohort proposal within one business day.
