2. What we collect
Two cases:
- You browse the website. Standard server access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp). Retained 30 days for security and operational diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- You submit the contact form (or email us). Name, company, role, e-mail, project context, deadline. Used only to reply to your enquiry. Retained as long as the business relationship is active, or 24 months if no engagement materialises. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. What we don’t do
- No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
- No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar by default.
- No newsletter — we don’t add you to any list when you submit a form.
- No data sale or sharing with third parties for marketing.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
The website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Kinsta Inc. (USA / EU) with Cloudflare in front for CDN and WAF. Both have Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place for EU-to-US data flows. E-mail is processed by Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, EU tenant).
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion.
- Restriction (Art. 18) — restrict processing.
- Data portability (Art. 20).
- Object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — for STS, the competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

We use one technical cookie if you accept (e.g. closing the cookie banner). No marketing cookies. No analytics cookies.
