We don’t train junior engineers on customer projects. Every seat at STS is filled by someone who’s already delivered at least one full ISO 26262 or ASPICE lifecycle. If that’s you, send us a CV — even when no position is publicly listed.

Technical screen (45-60 min)

Walk us through one safety case you’ve owned. We’ll ask precise questions on artefacts, decisions, and what went wrong.

Reverse interview

You ask us anything. We answer including the uncomfortable bits — current project mix, ramp expectations, pay band.

Offer or honest no

One round. No three-month process. If it’s a yes, written offer within a week. If it’s a no, you get the reason.
